Customers are responsible for reading product descriptions before making a purchase.

Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated.
  • Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.
  • Once a package has been shipped, Velourè Lasheè is not responsible for carrier-related delays, lost packages, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of beauty and cosmetic products, all lash sales are generally final for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.

Eligible Refunds or Replacements

We may offer a replacement or refund if:

  • You receive the wrong item.
  • Your order arrives damaged.
  • Your order is missing products.

To request assistance, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A brief explanation of the problem

Requests submitted after 7 days may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened products
  • Products damaged by misuse
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
